These Terms of Service apply to both the Syncore website and the Syncore application. Last updated: April 2026.
Syncore provides a digital golf performance analysis application that helps golfers track decision-making patterns, analyze rounds, and improve mental performance. When a biometric provider such as Oura is connected, the service also provides body-aware analysis, including body-state interpretation, decision-quality analysis, pre-round planning, and post-round coaching based on physiological context.
Users must create an account to access the Syncore application and its subscription features. You are responsible for your account security and any actions taken under your account.
Syncore offers both free access and optional Premium subscriptions. Premium unlocks unlimited rounds, full decision-quality analysis, body-aware round insights, pre-round planning, complete performance history, and practice scenarios with drill recommendations.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing. You retain ownership of your data.
Refund requests may be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and Syncore's subscription terms.
When you connect a biometric provider, Syncore processes biometric-related data solely for delivering app features such as body-state interpretation, decision-quality analysis, and coaching recommendations. Biometric data is not used for medical diagnosis, health treatment, or shared with third parties. You can disconnect your provider and delete associated data at any time.
Syncore is a mental performance coaching tool. It is not a substitute for professional sports psychology or medical advice. The insights and recommendations provided are based on general sports psychology principles and your decision-making patterns.
Body-state interpretations derived from connected biometric providers are intended as coaching context, not clinical assessments. They do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. All analysis runs on-device using deterministic algorithms. Results may vary and are intended as coaching guidance, not guarantees of performance improvement.
The Syncore brand, software, content, analysis models, and algorithms are the property of the operator. All rights reserved.
Syncore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
